Important Service Update 10/11/2020
In order to increase our efficiencies over the Christmas period, we are removing from sale our gift-wrap option for the foreseeable future.
Also to further ensure we successfully meet the increased volume of orders,our next day postal option will also be temporarily disabled.
These actions will allow us to increase our efficiencies in more areas of production.
Such updates to services are something the business has tried to avoid, however the exceptional level of orders we are receiving, and the huge increase on our capacity, means the implementation of such measures to ensure customers are fully supported during this time.
We are monitoring the situation as closely as possible and will update if
the circumstances changes.
With online becoming the primary way of purchasing gifts and keepsakes for loved ones during this troubled time & with Christmas fast approaching, we are experiencing an unprecedented level of orders.
As such, in order to fully support our customers during this busy period, we are today increasing our standard production lead time for personalised goods from 1-5 days, to 1-7 days.
Although the current situation is filled with uncertainty, our dedicated team here are working hard to ensure levels of quality of service are maintained. We would also like to thank our delivery partners for continuing to operate and deliver customer orders in the usual timely and prompt fashion.
In the main, service levels are continuing to be met, but we would also like to thank all our customers for showing patience with any delivery delays they may experience.
